A new poem form our new contributer Allie Hill

The Frontier

By: Allie Hill
Leave footprints and walk.
through the sediments of rock
an empty source in an arid dessert
the silence becomes dry and polluted.

Through the sediments of rock,
oh barren landscape of the mind,
the silence becomes dry and polluted
the heart of existence is cut wide open

Oh barren landscape of the mind,
the human race has not evolved.
the heart of existence is cut wide open.
destruction of love to a thirsty world

Through the wasteland of humanity,
leave footprints and walk.
on a wild frontier lost in translation,
drag soles of weary feet, on its cracked foundation.
