Nothing Is A Waste Of Time When You Recycle- Runaway Jim

This is a beautiful piece from our new and presently only contributor (get on your shit folks), Maggie Craig. Reminding us nothing ever dies. Not even The Vent. (C'mon people its humid enough. We don't need The Vent to stop working too. Summer has just began.)

Now, we as human beings go through our lives wondering what that is. The definition of a so-called "life" in my own terminology is to simply have roots. The roots of a tree give "life". A life of branches and autumn faded leaves. Spring appears and nature is reborn. Trees go through the process of producing life. Summer shines it's rays down on every one's smiles. The trees are gliding in their beauty. Mother nature serves them but yet quit frequently neglects them. They wither and break, fall is here. The ground covered in past times. Some look of death and others bathed in joy. Present time catches and winter is on all our doorsteps.  The trees appear mysterious in their silence, they feel ruthless and bitter but there roots remain intact. Wrinkled and weathered; they are still breathing.  A breeze, a grasp spring is here again. Another year, another round of peeling off the layers becoming bare and real. Pure and beautiful. As a person, we do wonder when the process of life will end. Life is never ending, we live with the nature bestowed upon us.

  1. Perfect piece of writing for my art. I shared similar thoughts while creating my drawing. Hope to be creating more with this shift of seasons. Great job Maggie!
